At Silai Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality stitching and embroidery services while ensuring a transparent and reliable experience for our customers.

Fitting Adjustment Policy

We strive to ensure that every garment is tailored to your specifications. However, if you experience any fitting issues after receiving your order, we offer complimentary fitting adjustments at no additional cost.
Customers are requested to contact us promptly so that the necessary alterations can be arranged.

Fabric Damage & Compensation Policy

We handle all customer-provided fabrics with the utmost care and professionalism. In the rare event that a fabric is accidentally damaged due to our error, we will take full responsibility by:

  • Replacing the fabric with a similar quality fabric, subject to availability; or Providing compensation equivalent to the current market value of the fabric.
  • If the damage is minor and can be professionally repaired without affecting the overall appearance or quality of the garment, the repair will be carried out at our expense.

Defect Reporting & Claims Policy

  • Customers are requested to carefully inspect their garments upon delivery.
  • If you notice any stitching defect, workmanship issue, or service-related concern, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after the 24-hour period, or after the garment has been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered by a third party, may not be accepted. This policy helps us ensure fair assessment and timely resolution of any concerns.

 

Delivery Timeline Policy

Our estimated production and delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within Karachi: Orders are typically completed and delivered within 7 working days.
  • Outside Karachi: Orders are typically completed and delivered within 14 working days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will be informed in advance of any significant delays.
    Note: As all garments are custom-made and tailored according to individual requirements, slight variations in measurements, embellishments, and finishing may occur. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
